Hugo Chavez also did it in 2007. The World Bank just awarded ConocoPhillips $9b. Ended up being a huge thing between Chevron and Exxon because Exxon claimed reversionary rights to the Venezuela assets when Chevron bought ConocoPhillips. There were quite a few smaller companies too.

They have a long history of expropriating foreign investments. Every time they do it the deals they're offered to redevelop get worse. The government uses those unbalanced deals to justify latter expropriation.
