wow thanks for the memories, lost all my comics to a water leak, and a breakdown following that where I stupidly sold what was left, several years ago (and I literally had 100,000+) and it's these left-field small press ones I miss the most, you don't see these get collected in fancy re-prints

I guess that means most of Dickens' work and all the Sherlock Holmes stories aren't novels then, as they were also published serially, that Watchman isn't a GN as it's 'just' a collection of issues.
tbh I echo Howard Chaykin who I heard say that there are no GN's just big fat comics
