Last week City Council passed a bill establishing a max indoor temperature policy for tenant occupied units. This bill gives tenants, who otherwise may not be able to, an opportunity to access to cooling at home. Thanks to @cmrestler.bsky.social & all our partners who worked to get this bill passed!
