I still can’t reconcile the fact that a majority of US voters that had witnessed 4 tumultuous years of this guy and his flunkies were still ready to say ‘Yep, Trump’s the man for me’. It’s bewildering.

Trump has the mandate to make whatever appointments he so desires. The appointments can be deranged but the American people presumably voted to tear down the status quo.

It's an interesting point where US political opiners speculate that it's the submission to the woke crowd that lost Dems the election. Can't see a universe where another political party will outflank the GOP on the right.
