I don't normally take notes when I listen to podcasts. But, with this one, I did.

It's WAY past time to step outside for a new crop of leaders (read: women leaders).
I am a dude and couldn't be any more tired of "dude energy"; on average, "dude energy" is old. It's boring. It's stale.
