Honestly it would be fire for a rave, and saves money on glowsticks

Instead of buying glowsticks I might lose, have on those exercise arm cuffs that have these on them!!

This is how I learn about EL wire and now I want to look more into it for future costume ideas. I wonder where they have the battery pack in the collar?
