Yep, get a SIR like @k9toiletdog.bsky.social - SIR is uber strict. SIR locks its phone 22:30 - 06:00 and it has a strict bedtime of 22:30 with lights out at 22:30. Trust me, you’d not want to be late to bed!! I did it once and won’t do it again.
