I moved to MD ten years ago and the Old Bay thing here is crazy. I realized after some time it's literally all they have. Other than crabs and OB have you ever heard anyone yearn for 'Maryland Cuisine'?

I just found out I've got a nice little tear in my rotator cuff. Waiting to hear if we're gonna go for a shot or if they want me to just try physical therapy for now.
