Unfortunately, as an American I’ve read comments like this a lot recently and there’s a great deal of truth to them. 4 too long we’ve been complicit in exercising our right to vote in all elections. 4 too long, we’ve taken for granted how good we’ve had it and now we’re paying the price.

That’s putting it too kindly. NC, especially the rural areas, need to wake up. The GOP has done nothing to help their constituents for decades. Carolinians who continue to put these asshats in office need to take the blinders off.

Like others have said, this won’t do jack to help people buy insurance let alone pay for any costs associated w/ it. My last dependent turns 26 next yr (has a chronic condition). He works full time but these changes means they probably can’t afford coverage.

We’re your words harsh? Some may think so, but they can’t deny you weren’t spkng the truth. Sadly, many of his cult are stndng by their guy while he continues to burn it all down and that’s on them. My sympathy is reserved for those of us who voted to prevent exactly this from happening.

Fellow Texan here. In 3 years since moving here our homeowners has gone up 300% and we’ve never filed a claim. We’re getting close in costs here similar to what we paid living near the Carolina coast.

Former NC resident of 30+ years here-NC needs to wake the hell up and vote out these R’s. They’ve done nothing for decades to move the state forward. It’s like J. Helms is still leading the charge and the ol’ boys club from the grave.
