10k! Back on a good kick over the past few months and this race is my motivation to keep training.

10k! Back on a good kick over the past few months and this race is my motivation to keep training.
My general guideline: Two strides of inhale, two strides to exhale, I'm probably maintaining heart rate. More strides per breath decreases HR. Fine with one in/out each step/step for a short period, but I'll need recovery quickly, either by decreasing pace or wishing for a downhill, lol.
