I think Bernie should be asked to lead the Democratic Party, not by running for a new office, but as the thought leader and message bearer. You can’t manufacture authenticity, and the only two pols who have it are Trump (though not in a good way) and Bernie. Everybody else is some kind of poser.

They are so unconcerned about public opinion that I have to believe that they have a plan to cancel the 2026 elections. I’m thinking they let the protests crescendo, then declare martial law.

I don’t know if Biden could bring down the price of eggs, but he would have held a press event by now; appointed a task force, talked to farmers, figured out how the government could support them, looked at ways to increase imports - you know, a plan.

for several years. Since being on Medicare, the most I have paid is $550 for a 90 day supply. I considered that pretty expensive. Today, it cost $950.
