During busy times, fitness is not what you want to cut out of your day. Pick easier, quicker, shorter bursts of activity to fit in between other errands and jobs. Your body will thank you in January!

Phenomenal News! Congratulations to the #APTA for your hard work advocating for the tremendous value of Physical Therapy in the Primary Care setting. Hopefully this will be the first of many states to support and recognize the excellent care Physical Therapists provide to their patients.
