I just finished 2 floral. Florals for surface designer is like portraits for photographers. Like them or hate them… do them well and it pays for the nicher stuff your ❤️ actually signs to do. In my case:dark academia, geometric and tartan.

Am I à risk taker. Depends. Early adopters, certainly. Planted cantaloupe 🍈 even if our season is like, 4 weeks. No greenhouse, nor early planting. So we had one big cantaloupe and 2 small mini. The small mini: don’t throw them away.they’re still good. Just had one. Teaspoon for scale.

Just sharing my 2025 participation to someone else lead-challenge she named #365daysofbloom and I added #floral4peace Now, while she leads, I conform. It’s her thing. Whenever she’s done, I’m going to add as many flowers once I know her list to make it true 365. She’s having multiple of same.1 to 4

Not all the design I draw excite me.
I have deadlines and obligations. Sometimes a finished pattern is better than a perfect one. That on is definitely finished, for sale on Spoonflower and near perfection.

She’s 12, it’s eyes surgery. Let you choose how your spiritual path handles helping. You don’t need to even say anything. She’s just been with me, attached to the hip since 2016.

I thought it will be nice to share #365daysofbloom here as well. Especially since it’s linked to #floral4peace As a casual on call employee to multiple employers (the real way I pay my bills) it’s hard to commit long haul to hardly anything. Some will turn into pattern. Most not. Humble contribution

Being a casual shift worker, I cannot promise you a daily supplies of art.
I however am trying to do a work in progress flower a day and to eventually finish at least a pattern for each … probably when vacation hits. Week 1:snowdrops, plumeria,tulip, hibiscus,daffodil,orchids,lilacs.
