You know it's a good sunset when the old mare steps out from her hay to marvel at it.

The one thing I gathered from small talk at storytime today, most moms of 2> year old babies are exhausted and doing their best.
So many long pauses and trailed off conversations.
I wish I'd had more energy to connect, but it's comforting to know I'm not alone in that.

I had a dream last night that we'd moved to Costa Rica - a little tree house homestead.
Looking out on the frost this morning - I feel so blessed to on the edge of a rainforest, but I do wish it was tropical, not temperate 😞

The postpartum flavor of depression was not one I thought would stick around for so long.

It's extra spicy when layered on with MDD and SAD.
I miss green.

Anyway, maybe this place will help me cope.
