I definitely agree, I didn’t even leave the shop with it like that. I had my piercer take it out and check me over while I was still in a sterile environment. I’m going to wait a few months and try again with someone else 👍

Being able to compare it to that just shows how bad it was 😅 and I went to a reputable piercer in a safe area around me too. I wouldn’t mind if it’s a little crooked as long as it sits right on top and doesn’t damage my gums but tongue piercings are no joke and I could immediately tell it was off

Sorry for jump scare, it definitely needs a visual to show how bad this was, I’m still in so much pain from this error. I’ve been here before ear piercings with a different piercer, I did my research and the girl I booked had amazing reviews but not oral :(

It sucks :’) I’m soooo sore and the whole right side of my tongue and partially my jaw is numb. It was supposed to be a regular vertical tongue piercing but she completely missed and only pierced the right muscle horizontally

I got sooo bummed out. I’ve been planning it for almost a year now and saving up and then getting it done was a gift so I finally went though with it, when it didn’t go right I felt guilty even booking it and the bad outcome almost felt like karma for all my having second thoughts I was having 😭

When I got my mom to watch it she saw up to season 3 so I need to try again to convince her to keep going ;-;

Thank you! I actually really worried about the white tones not all matching, especially with the wig because it was very cheap and shiny. I’ve had real hair white/silver before, it was very damaging to upkeep 😅 mostly because I was doing it myself unprofessionally and frying it to smithereens haha
