It wasn't an official hurricane, but an "extreme storm", but the force was similar. My area in particular got especially fucked. (That's us in the top corner of the red zone.)

We took our first proper forest walk post-hurricaine and everything is so incredibly mushroomy!
The cats enjoyed climbing on the fallen pines.

It's insane to see just how hard our area was hit by the storm, but we (and our house) are luckily totally fine!

Because of timezones, it dropped early in the morning, and I'd make my coffee, set myself up in a nest on the sofa, and start my day by sobbing over The Gay Pirates.

It was before Princess moved in, so I'd rewatch with her later in the day while we chatted on discord.

It was a wonderful routine!
