here’s hoping all the everything is good: easy transition to “adult”hood, including all the weird paperwork; easy surgery and recovery for the lizard; at least one college acceptance letter but ideally three; easy final exams; happy holidays all around; on-time transit; etc. etc. 🪬🧿🪬

i bought five years’ worth of candles last year bc it’s so stressful and then discovered i bought a duplicate book for my kid so i just ordered a blahaj jr. as a replacement gift instead, things are great (we also have their birthday and some kind of christmas to manage in this household, send help)

i also like USians bc it’s both awkward and specific and now i haven’t a third reason, in that some people think it’s twee or whatever. saw someone say it’s implicitly white but? how? i just want to distinguish my dumb country from the rest of the Americas, whose fault we’re not
