I'm surprised whenever I see serious people entertaining the possibility of a constitutional fix. Just try to tell yourself a plausible story in which 2/3 of both houses of Congress and 3/4ths of the states agree to any meaningful democratic reform.

He's right, but strategically it would be insane for liberals to make a big deal about it. Let's focus on the comic book villains who are 100x as rich as she is.

You could extend this - there are lots of things that are hard to predict because so much power is concentrated in these guys' hands (and Trump's).
