The 37th Nordic Geological Winter Meeting #NGWM2026 gathered 550+ geoscientists in Turku. The European Federation of Geologists joined Geosektionen and Loimu to showcase projects, promote the EurGeol title, engage students, and strengthen Nordic geoscience collaboration.
The European Federation of Geologists was represented by its President, David Govoni, at GEOSCIENCES 2025 in Sofia, marking 100 years of the Bulgarian Geological Society. His participation highlighted the EurGeol title, European cooperation, and the importance of engaging society in geosciences.
