It's tough to undo 40 years of literal brainwashing from right wing media. Loss of the Fairness Doctrine, Citizens United, no regulation of the tech/comms industry, and many other things brought us to this moment. I don't think town halls will do it. It is heading toward takeover or anarchy.

Encourage them not to take it. Encourage them to stay and and slow them down by forcing them to go through a firing process. There is no funding for a severance and government itself is only funded through March. They will never see a dime once they walk out the door.
