I'd love 2 C a survey wrt how many people had no idea who he was before he was shot. I'm on Daily Kos daily, & was somewhat familiar w/him. I knew TPUSA hosted a conference & he did some speaking, but that was it. A few POTUSes have died in my lifetime, & even they didn't get this kind of send-off.
