ACA was a good first step; I fear young ppl dont know that insurers used to be allowed to deny plans or coverage for pre-existing conditions. Mark @ family of 3+ is paying $1200k/ month in premiums alone, not accounting for deductibles, coinsurance copays and OOP costs. Seeing that most people don't even make $80k basic math tells you that a 10% tax increase would be a blessing. Hope this helps.

They already do, Mark. This is already happening because they can pay out of pocket and/or a high deductible. We already can't afford to go to a hospital that our "insurance" denies access to. Hope this helps.

Mark you CURRENTLY have to see a primary before you can see a specialist and even then insurance sometimes says "nah we're not paying for this, it's not necessary" what world are you living in??
