E-GRUiEN (Encouraging Digital and Green Transformation through Revitalisation and Inclusive Union-Employer Negotiations) is a multifield research project focused on fair green and digital transition in automotive, energy, on-demand transport and care.
On 22–23 October 2025, the University of Jyväskylä hosted the first joint Early-Career Research Seminar of the Horizon Europe projects DeCrises and EGRUiEN. The hybrid event brought together young researchers and their supervisors from JYU and LUT University.
