I like the clarification that someone made recently about DEI in that it ensures meritocracy for all persons. It doesn't undermine it, as anti-DEI types insinuate. Yes, a goal is to further disenfranchise persons with disability(ies) when we're already pushed out of so much in public life.

There should be showtimes designated as quiet and then others where moviegoers can belt it out. 🎶🎤
