Am I the only person who thinks that "crashing" = "wipes out at least a year of gains"? Everything else feels far too melodramatic for a minor variance

Wow, congratulations! I never would have known you were in your 70s. We may both be stuck with the limitations of ME/CFS, but you definitely have the energy of a fighter 😄
