Apparently they'd prefer that the government tell people what they can and cannot eat.
That dystopia would be like some sort of nanny-ish state institution. They should come up with a catchy phrase for that to use ad nauseum.

The most amazing thing about this movie is that, despite being thoroughly enjoyable, it is still only my second favorite crackpot underdog Canadian inventor documentary.
