Anyway. He found several earwigs, gave me advice on growing carrots, told me A LOT about jumping spiders, corn snakes and the humidity requirements of ant colonies, and I just pray they don't knock the enthusiasm out of him before he has a chance to do something with it.

This is great. They should make it compulsory for translators to play a source instrument at readings. I'll take the panduri. Or the zurna. Or maybe both, simultaneously.

Thanks, I'll definitely check that out. Alarmingly I feel as if what I need is just decent introductory undergrad lectures haha (which clearly did not attend enough of, ahem)
