You're the only one talking about "compelled to assist." 😆 We apparently aren't in the same convo. You got xenophobic and fascist in there like a good boy though. 😂 Have a good day!

States do not have the right to opt out of federal law, or to actively resist it. That's not how that works. Being in your feelings about immigration law does not negate the responsibility of those who enforce it.

Interesting statement. You might want to share it with your friends who think they can establish "sanctuary cities", or who are rioting against enforcement of laws.

You repeating yourself doesn't refute what I said. Defensive asylum is one small segment of asylum claims. It would be unnecessary if the alien had claimed asylum the correct way to begin with, to include claiming asylum in the first "safe" country they arrive in. You are pro illegal. It's ok.

Defensive asylum is *a* type of asylum claim, and is made up to avoid deportation. If one is fearful of oppression, they are to claim asylum in the first country they arrive in. If that's the US, they have a year.

Asylum must be declared upon entry, followed by asylum hearings. That isn't part of the deportation process.

Last week you were crying about US citizens. This week, due process for illegals. You just don't want immigration enforcement, as I suspected.

Oh I see. Ignore our laws to get here and then hide behind them to stay. Got it.

If there were "full hearings" for every invader, we'd never get to them all. Once they are verified illegal, off they go. Bye. All of them.

If they didn't follow our laws to get here, they shouldn't get to hide behind them to avoid removal.

The due process is verification that they are illegal. They are not entitled to more than that prior to deportation. It's always been that way.

But only selectively, apparently. Now do slavery and reparations.
Obama decorated Homan for deporting illegals. What changed?
