Just here to shitpost. Mainly about wrestling. KayFabe aint dead.
My blog and definitely not a zip bomb: https://dtt9.zip/
Feel like it's more likely they showed and TK asked them if they wanted to wrestle? Doubt he created/has access to a hardlight dimensions.

Definitely. Roddy is so stubbornly loyal and trying hold the fort for Kyle and Cole that he doesn't realise the conglomeration is happy for him to come and go as he pleases.
Though I do think Roddy hovering around being a grouch because he'd be lonely otherwise is endearing in its own way.

Didn't realise loving a place means working there forever.

You're doing the same thing people are doing with Jericho. It's not about if fans like them or not. A brand is more than just the people who tune in every week. People outside of a fan base contribute to brand perception.
Having a big name leave, hurts any brand to a degree.

That's the biggest hurt AEW has ever had sure, but the Cody leaving hit too. It wasn't the biggest hit. It hurt to a degree. Like what JR is saying about Jericho.

He's not wrong. Same goes for the Elite and other big names that AEW built its original brand on.
Take Cody. Perception of AEW did take a hit when he jumped. The show went on but having a guy who helped build AEW leave it? It didn't do permanent harm but it did change how people saw AEW.

It looks like they might pair him with Mark Davis who has gotten lost in the shuffle. And if so then that's a good sign for Jake & Mark.
But yeah, the DCF is emblematic of how full the roster is. Might be time some DCF boys make their own heel faction.

If you like a throwback act, keep an eye out for FTR and the Outrunners. FTR wrestle an old school style and the Outrunners live and breathe the aesthetic of the Hogan/Macho Man era.
Picture is the Outrunners on a morning talk show recently.

Yeah commentary was off for a few matches tonight. Not sure what was going on there but I'm not too phased by it cause the wrestling was so good.

Everything they've done that's considered heel-ish have been a taste of their own medicine. Which is classic babyface stuff.

Looking like two divorced dads selling a boot camp work out regime. You can outrun the Sandra and the kids but we can't outrun those winning smiles!

Or, we grow beyond these base driving forces and think like the rational beings we evolved into.

I would like to see a AEW title on a non-AEW talent.
January 7, 2026 at 11:57 AM
Unless it's a PPV or a special occasion, I'm not sitting down for more than 2 hours for wrestling.
I got other things I want to do.

It also plays into the restoration of prestige they clearly want that belt to symbolise.
"This is the MAIN EVENT title. Nothing less."

He also seems to think Hechicero, Mascara, and Bandido have been getting pushed as a thank you for putting a belt of Claudio as part of politics to keep CMLL happy.
You know, rather than the fact that the fans love those guys.

I assumed that post wasn't being charitable and he meant working too hard or something.
So I went to read the article then the segment of the podcast and he really mean pushing in the wrestling sense.
He even said he wouldn't have Mascara beat a guy like Roderick Strong.

Probably the Skye Blue & Queen Aminata chair spot.
I don't normally give botches much attention but that one has stuck with me.

It sounds like a reverse of when the Elite were negotiating contracts. People were adamant they weren't leaving but dirtsheets kept saying they were in talks with WWE. And when they finally re-signed, they explained there were just talking to both.
Jericho has probably still yet to decide.
