I don't think that § 111 covers standing on public property while ICE agents decide to use the path they are in to go somewhere. Also, since they refuse to where IDs or reveal their faces there is no way they can claim that anyone had any idea they are federal employees. 1

If you want representatives who will impeach and convict,then you need a Democratic majority in the House and 67 out of 100 Democratic Senators.Otherwise it won't happen. That is how Impeachment works. Republicans will vote against it in the House and Republicans will vote against it in the Senate.

Is this all about when Venezuela nationalized their oil back in the mid 70s? I can't remember which American oil companies were impacted, but I don't think that they invaded any lands that didn't belong to them in the first place.

What would happen if states set up accounts that they had tax payers deposit what the federal taxes they would pay to the US but was kept by the state government to deal with these threats. Sorta like a rent strike accounts that were used to stop major rent increases in times past.
