Very rarely do we get someone on the internet so set on just being good that I almost forgot you can be that kind

“He’s just a better person than me” is a cop out for me cuz I can be like him, I can be better, but to do so I need to look the ugly hatred of a world that hates me dead in the eyes and promise to be kinder to those who wouldn’t offer me the same.

I default to threats of violence as a response to hate purely because I don’t have the strength to acknowledge that the bigots of the world can be better with help. The sheer strength of will he presents is terrifying to me cuz it directly reflects the changes I need to make as a person
