We're going to go with more Christmas cookies 😄 because I've been trying to navigate the horrifying pain of #perimenopause #endometriosis blood this week. Yikes! 😳
But I'm deeply hopeful that my "end" is within a few years and I can be done with this cycling. I've put in my years.

Once there was an 18 yr old with stage 4 #Endo who trusted the doctor & got addicted to oxys. An endless script for quality of life.
I threw the bottles out by 19. A miracle.
Today I lean on OTC & plants. It's really damn unjust I can't take painkillers matched to my pain levels.
