The 2nd GRC on volumeEM is coming to its end. Big thanks to the wonderful chairs of the past (Lucy & Paul), present (Kedar & Yannick) and future (Christel & Aubrey) conferences! It was great to meet old friends, get new friends and listen to the amazing talks during these five days.

Our work, MedicoSAM, is now on arXiv! We study finetuning SAM for medical images. MedicoSAM improves over SAM and models derived from it, especially for interactive segmentation, see examples in the figure. Preprint at arxiv.org/abs/2501.11734.
