I redid an old reference pic for Aloisio. His colors may be a bit festive but that's more of a coincidence, since he's really supposed to have a 'wolf in sheep's clothing' vibe. (Although, a sheep would probably be fiercer than him.)

Yinuo is the protector of the "Garden of the Gods" which grows the "Fruit of Life" that must be guarded at all costs from those that would abuse the longevity it provides. Haoran is one of the few to successfully locate the garden, but Yinuo manages to capture him.

I've been away for a while! Anyhow, here is Arthur, a cambion (mix between fae and demon) and a detective seeking maleficarum (forbidden magic use or perpetrating a crime with magic.) Since this field is in its nascence, he advances it rapidly. He's a bit of a smartass, but that's fine!

Difficulty discourse! For me, Silksong is fine. But it makes deliberately confounding choices that even games with high difficulty like Elden Ring learned to fix about Souls. Sekiro is even more brutal but it inexplicably hates its players less. Silksong is easier but less player friendly at times.

Haven't been doing art lately because of silksong. On that note, spoilers for the game.
In act 3 now. My favorite bosses so far have been trobbio, clockwork dancers, and crust king khan. The coral tower is one of my favorite areas and its funny because as a long gauntlet, I should hate it.

Random late night ramble: the new Digital Circus episode had both the good and bad of character writing imo. The show's problem is that it tends to have too many "character A acts as a therapist for character B" moments, which I feel is a lazy shorthand way to address their emotional states. But-
