The GOP now wants to REVERSE the very outcome they wanted (and eventually achieved) nearly a decade ago.
Reinstating CSR reimbursement payments would help about ~300K middle-class enrollees a little...but in doing so would HARM ~5.7 million lower-income enrollees a lot.
