Not much to take away from two preseason games, but...
1) Ingram looks healthy and smooth
2) CMB is going to bring something, even if it's just defence and energy, from day one. Has to lock in on scouting reports (closed out hard on DD to create open looks for ZL) but mistakes of commission.

I get the rationale, but I'm not sure I need to see Santander in RF again in the playoffs, at least to start the game. Surely Springer can play outfield sometimes!

I've thought he's managed really well all season. Don't love Santander in RF, and hope he's either DHing or just pinch hitter tonight. But they've made great decisions all year long, and the defence (and relievers) let them down last night.

They've done this a few times. I think it's because they might actually want to sub defensively for either, and if it's a close game, you might want to risk losing Santander for a late at-bat vs. GS (if they blow a lead, let's say).

A bit surprised it's Schneider in left and IKF at 2nd rather than Straw in left and Schneider at 2nd. Obviously prioritizing outfield defence over infield defence.
