So. Earlier this week, I took a short walk around the complex here, and foraged for some greenery.

Adventures in cooking…
-I’ve never cooked bacon in the oven; but its a game changer! So good.
-Splurged on some good cuts of beef. Did a coffee rub… and it cooked up soooooo well. This is our ‘fancy’ meal for tge holiday season.
-Cauliflower cheesey risotto (Trader Joe’s).
-Green beans

Received this incredible gift of handcrafted excellence yesterday. A dear friend, who happens to be an amazing artist (painter, quilting, embroidery,etc) sent me a lively bag with her stunning embroidery on it, a stamped metal necklace pendant, and gorgeous fancy card!!!
