This is great. Very easy to read, and a fascinating and entertaining account of how metals and minerals have always had an influence on human history and culture. Not overly technical, but it’s not meant to be.

Fantastic book, as is Blue Machine. Both contained parts which left me in total awe of the world around us. Sad, but true that we must do sooo much better. Starting now.
