Catchy - Gator Days Characters August - Alligator - A soft spoken single father who works in IT. Gustopher's dad. Gustopher - Alligator - An easily excitable child who loves making friends. August's son. Panel 1 August has come to ask Gustopher something but is momentarily distracted by his son's music. Unrelated, but August is wearing a pink shirt that says "Man Shirt" in swirly pretty font. It's a pretty manly shirt. August: Gustopher, could you- Is that a new song? Gustopher: YEAH! It's catchy. Panel 2 August takes a moment to remember what he came in the room for and continues. August: Oh. Could you please keep the noise down. I need to focus on something. Gustopher: Okay. Panel 3 August is back at his computer and dealing with Tax stuff. His screen says "TAX BUDDY", "$-999", "Money money money", "TAX NOW", and "Tip us?". Nougat is there for emotional support and is sleeping peacefully on the desk with dreams of stepping all over the keyboard. August is having trouble concentrating on what he's doing. His mind is somewhere else right now. Panel 4 August has returned to Gustopher. He won't be able to get back to work until everything is made right. August: I need to hear that song. I won't be able to concentrate until I do.

It costs a lot of money and will be worthless in about six months. Polly: Just get it back to me next week. Sig: Thanks, I owe you. Panel 2 Sig has left and Olivia slides onto the scene. She heard her older sister talking to a boy and must investigate. Olivia: Was that your boyfriend? Did he leave because you stink? Polly: That was Sig. We're not dating. Panel 3 WHAT! Olivia can't believe this! Why would anyone not want to date her sister? Polly is obviously a catch. Olivia is outraged. Olivia: WHAT! HE STINKS! You can do so much better? Polly: And I'm not into him. Panel 4 Phew, all is right in the world. Olivia was almost ready for a fight. She resumes mocking her sister. Olivia: Good! Because you both stink and the combined smell would be lethal. Polly: Thanks for your loyalty.
