The conversions aren't even hard - a calorie is just over 4 joules (and a kilocalorie is just over 4 kJ, thanks "kilogram calories" 🙄), a watt hour is 3.6 kJ and a kWh is 3.6 MJ.

A joule of *energy* is a watt of *power* for a second.

Or, a joule of energy gets you a watt of power for a second.

Calories' direct link with water is also cute, but joules working directly for electricity and physical work is far more use than having the constant for one specific material baked in, and there's the whole "calories means kilocalories" madness.

Central Milton Keynes does (the robots get up to full speed on the red ways!), but their coverage includes older streets like Bletchley, which are Trickier.

Have encountered and used starship robots in Milton Keynes, and they mingle with pedestrians Just Fine - if anything pedestrians are far more trouble for them than they are for pedestrians. The quoted post isn't just tilting at windmills, they're tilting at little paper ones you put on sandcastles.

Also a sequel to a film premiering in a multiplayer shooter makes about as much sense as a new painting premiering on radio 4.

Also Labour MPs know it’s not a vote winner, they just want to do it because they think it’s right. How’s that become such an alien concept in our politics?
