Hmm, is this why they added work requirements to medicaid? To push americans into farm labor?

Sent!

Seems like the same deal as the voter id laws, makes it a pain/costly to register.

My concern is that this kind of behavior isn’t unusual. It happens all the time to regular people who speak out when others have decided it’s not allowed.

The only difference now is it happened to a senator—now it’s crossing a line?

I'd bring up that recent SC case, if it hasn't been brought up.

INAL but this was RFK's group trying to protect doctors providing misinformation on vaccines, specifically COVID19. But it was shut down.

From watching police cam videos. They can detain you if you're impeding things. Its technically different from being placed under arrest since being detained doesn't necessarily mean you will be charged with a crime.

Still, thought Press was generally supposed to be left alone.

So, I've heard things similar to this article -> www.cbsnews.com/news/saving-...

If people can't afford $500-$1000 emergencies i have doubts they can afford $20k-$40k a month. Thats for movie stars etc.
Most Americans can't afford a $1,000 emergency expense, report finds
Nearly 60% of Americans don't have enough money put away to handle common financial emergencies, according to Bankrate.

So, what's the end-game for Swalwell. Isn't Noem basically untouchable? Is this more about raising public awareness?

The image is clearly doctored though.

I don't think I ever went to school to learn until college.

The K-12 stuff I was just told my attendance was mandatory so showing up to class was just something required of me.

It wasn't about the learning it was about attendance & participation.

My understanding was police can search your immediate belonging during a lawful arrest. Like if your car is unregistered and being towed they'll inventory the car.

Still never a good sign when cops have their cameras off.

To be fair, this does look quite like modern cubicle farms. I've worked at call centers that are basically this but everyone has headsets on.

Love Event Horizon!

"Have you ever seen fire in zero gravity?...It's beautiful. It's like liquid it... slides all over everything."

IIRC, the context of the bottom image was him making fun of a disabled journalist who asked him questions he didn't like.

I worry that character isn’t a consideration anymore.

Gross and unacceptable. The gov has no right to punish the people of California because they don't like how their state is run.

If congress wants states to step up their emergency preparedness they can, you know, write a law to that affect.

This applies to any innovation really. Lightbulbs, Paper, Radio.

I can see people going overboard with AI, but i think it can be used for some neat things too. Imagine a teddy bear your kid can talk and interact with. That kinda stuff.

It’s been “Just Announced” on my PlayStation for over a year now I think.

Very nice art. Yamato is adorable.

ooh interesting, but paywall?

I'm curious on what left-wing indoctrination people think kids are getting in pre-school. Isn't that just drawing, reading, napping, etc?

I keep thinking these are real headlines. These are too realistic.
