I actually think XIV's b Bahamut has a really good shot here. The destruction of the game's 1.0 base game at the hands of the big durgon is extremely iconic, especially nowadays with a lot of XIV exclusive fans and even non fans aware of it. Also, I'm imagining a board wipe when he leaves/enters.

"Warrior of Light." I'm not sure if they'd call "him" (canon appearance is a dude) WoL, "Meteor" or *SPOILERS* "Azem". I'm not even sure if they'd make a card for him at all because Y'shtola tends to be the representative for FFXIV on the protagonist side of things.
