(very much inspired by div, rjork and daeny but ESP div's alpine guild btw) i've been wanting to make a free company hall and part love letter to my fc since they are 7/8 of my static and dear friends. there's pieces that remind me of group achievements and a job stone for every static member. 💕
a well-trodden dirt path has been carved to the front door from the gate. the foreground is off to the right; more crumbling castle walls and a remaining lamp post that has been refurbished into use. the background is the guild hall itself beneath a glowering, snow-swollen cloud cover. the crumbling remains of a castle's walls stand beside the new build of a forge. the snow has melted where the fire reaches, and an attempt to shovel it sits in a pile behind the forge. this photo features a palico striking dummy that sits in the center of decorative stones. the foreground shows the base of metal stairs that ladder up to a balcony and overgrown grass. snow blankets foliage and trees and large rubble fallen from a ruined castle turret. amidst the ruin is a frozen-over pool of accumulated rainwater, and... fire? small fires have broken out, or perhaps never extinguished, from the scorched echoes of war that tear up the ground among the ruins. the remnants of armor and blade wield only rust and soot in the sheath of dirt where they remain post-whateverhappenedhere.

i tried to emulate simple coerthan architecture akin to the stone and wood strongholds sprinkled around dragonhead to match the empyreum location, with a bit of plaster for brightness and warmth. i tried to fill it with furniture from all over etheirys, from every expac, and pieces from ex/s/ults.
a bench, table and rug with all their stylings sit in the foreground. behind it is a warm wood rack of fishing rods and bait, and side table with a fishing float and table lamp. the walls are stone with dark wood wainscoting with a lip that a shadowbox of fishing lures sits atop. nailed into the stone to its left is a framed ink painting of a magic bucket. there is an opening to a hallway that features two gallery walls; small alcoves with a grounded wood and metal shelf and wall of plaster and exposed wood frames. within the left one is an endsinger trophy depicting planets and an endless starfield while the right houses a rubicante trophy of a blighted, burning sword and cape draped on the hilt. a photo of a wide bookshelf, housing knick-knacks including a white mage job stone, a painting of worqor lar dor's flower fields, preserved coral from sui-no-sato and an eorzean lantern in a doman style. beside the bookshelf is an oliphant's ear plant from thavnair. in front of the bookshelf is a welcoming desk featuring book full of stories from all the adventurers and the warrior of light himself. it sits upon a teal tablemat with a quill and ink, glade lantern and vase full of white morning glories. to the left is the opening to a stone hallway. further left still is more stone walls with dark wood wainscoting. there is fishing gear and tribute on display in frames. the welcome desk also serves as the unending journey to view cutscenes. a photo of the hallway behind the main room. its a simple length of stone floors, walls and dark wood ceilings. the left wall features two large windows that flank the centered gallery walls. the right wall are the same stone and wainscoting of the main interior. there is a skinny green console with a candle, potions, small plant and stack of papers. it opens to the main room then continues in similar style with a map of etheirys tacked to the wood. at the end of the hall is an inset shelf of scrolls and a small round table with a small candelabra and scholar job stone. it also serves as the company chest.

a snippet of my newest build featuring coerthan interior and a big warden of the seven hues backed by the tsukuyomi trimmings to the left, the futures rewritten patch poster framed with a flurry of pink sparkles (hard to see in a photo, though) and the rainbow colored hannish pendant lamp hanging as a chandelier beneath an azure skylight.
