Pretty much just like how you would clicker train a pet, but with orgasms instead of treats.

Like, you would give a command, like ”sit”, and you click the clicker as soon as they do to mark the behavior, then make them cum as the reward. The command should end up being the trigger for the behavior, while the clicker is just used to create an association with being rewarded.

Not sure if it fits the theme of the scene but if you made someone able to cum on command, you could use that as the reward to *actually* clicker train someone, instead of just using the clicker as part of a hypnotic trigger.
