I'm so done with people who think any work of Art that goes in depth on a dark nasty subject is "promoting" or "celebrating" it. This kind of intellectual laziness is why the world keeps getting worse.

Trying to be more "forgiving" (or something) these days, but it's real fucking hard to let go of my poisonous rage towards people who, when the filthy creature first ran for office, mocked or patronized me for my warnings of fascism.

You know, the *PRE-conditoons* for even HAVING a Democracy (a real one) are *inherently* liberal in nature (free speech, personal autonomy, due process, etc.). The biggest elephant in the USA room is that there really shouldn't even BE conservatives here. They should literally go somewhere else.

I'm adamant that it's a life/death matter for humanity that our relationship to Art *must* fundamentally change. But it's not so much to rank Art like a contest; it's that we need to *engage* with Art in a deeper way, like...well, *exactly* like we do with real people, family, friends.
