that was annoying. Drove 30 minutes somewhere, realized the card I needed to get in the place got left home. Back home and now I don't feel like going back again.

Not upset with this. Power supply rebuild not my work, but its ok. New caps and resistors where needed. Its super clean on my shop speakers, which means its probably awesome in a better setup.

looks like they did not match the tube I specifically requested to be matched to the others in the set. This one may be so different that I can't actually use it. Waiting on a reply before I plug it into an amp and confirm that its not going to play well.

I would like to do something productive, but I'm waiting on parts for the thing I want to work on. I'm almost in the frame of mind to buy junk I really don't need on ebay and then be annoyed at having to wait on that too.

just heard something horrifying. roommate's grandkid's bio dad was trans. Passed of intentional OD. Grandkid on the spectrum, takes meds. School told the kid his dad was on meds and thats why he died, now kid refuses to take his meds. Poor kid has enough problems, he doesn't need that BS too.

Found and fixed the very slightly high idle on the Mark 7. Vacuum line to the vapor canister was leaky. Swapped that, idle back at 700 instead of 950. Ran a code test and got all 11, pretty rare for that. Usually the air injection ports are plugged solid and gives a code.

Heh, I just solidified my reasons for not voting for one of the governor candidates. He called into the local racist crackpot radio hour. Anyone who would happily talk to that asshat will not get my vote.

debating if I want to have a really long day Saturday. There is a big car show, and its also the last weekend for the only drive-in in the state. I could do both, but I dont know if I have the social battery to be around people for that long.
