Very good advice to find after a day of doomscrolling

Leaving certain social media apps honestly feels like leaving an abusive relationship. You find yourself curious. You can even worry if you made the right call, but eventually, you start to feel that sensation of truly being free of something that hurt you. Haven't been called slurs in days.

I have officially deactivated my accounts in other social media spheres and am slowly making a change away from anything involving Meta. Honestly, I'm surprised that it took me this long, but between the removal of fact check and the recent allowances to hate, I won't be looking back.

I swear doodling without a goal always winds up looking better than my intentional drawings. Make it make sense.
