Double batch of yoghurt flatbread made & almost ready to freeze. Yesterday I cut up & froze lots of summer fruits to tide us over the year.
At least I’ll be able to make mixed berry muffins & strawberry tarts over the colder months for school lunches rather than relying on store bought frozen fruit

Went to the local waterfall today. I’ve not been there before and probably won’t go again because the walk down to it was treacherous,but it was beautiful & I’m glad I did it (without falling and breaking any bones).
Saw a bushbturkey and water dragon on the way back to the car. Thankfully no snakes

Was just walking along the beach & asked a person who I loved that’s passed, that if they were with me, to send me a sign. I laughingly added, ‘preferably a piece of mookaite please. A red stove with a yellow band.’
Lo & behold, after walking a little further, this was at my feet.
