Our study is out in Nature!
Using wireless Neuropixels we recorded hippocampal activity in freely flying bats and uncovered replay and theta(less) sweeps, revealing striking differences from classic rodent models.

I am extremely grateful and beyond happy to share that I have been awarded an @inserm.fr #ATIP-Avenir fellowship to start my own lab to study neuronal circuits for auditory categorization! Thanks to everyone who made this possible.

We need your help!!! 🧠🧪💤

If you are human, you fall asleep at least once a day! What happens in your mind then?

Scientists know actually very little about this private moment.

We propose a 20-min survey to get as much data as possible!

New study of the lab showing that sleep preserve sound representations geometry in the auditory cortex but intermittently blocks the transfer of sensory information, possibly to provide both opportunities for surveillance and offline processing.

Check out some of our locus coeruleus reconstructions - the average fully reconstructed LC neuron is about 30 cm in length (in a mouse brain that spans ~1.3 cm front to back)
THIS IS ONE NEURON! Jaw dropping.

It distributes a particular neurotransmitter (norepinephrine) across the mouse brain; it’s a locus coeruleus neuron.

The first of which was organised by the Socialist Party of America in 1909.

In today's USA, 'women' and 'female' are words to be avoided by gov officials. Man is not, except if it refers to homosexuals.
