The choice is crucial you don't need everyone else to choose it to make it vital to the justice (such as it is) of the system.

Forgive me for adding to your list of idiots, but I have no idea what you are talking about, or wve. What to Google for to find out. Looks this this is something you only know if you know already.

Maybe the guardian should.fight back against this ignorance by headlining actual facts, and not paying right wing columnists who shadow reform agendas? Put these facts on your front page, in big letters. Even non-buyers will see it. Othe papers may well respond.

That's hardly a reason to defect to the USA, whose health care system is so perfect and free of sin.

Saw themselves as rightful population, but with a very clear agenda to continue the expropriation of the actual inhabitants.

My point was directed at yours: "The United States was a colony and overthrew its colonial master because colonization was such a bad deal". US European colonisers split from their "home" regimes. The colonised remain colonised.

The article.makes several claims about being a global movement t, but I cant see reference to its work anywhere outside the us. Could you fill in that gap?
January 5, 2026 at 1:16 PM
That's not really hugely pertinent to the point I am making.
January 5, 2026 at 1:11 PM
A nuanced point, perhaps, but the US was a colony whose colonists cut.their.ties.to the original colonising countries because they wanted to colonise independently. The colonised are still colonised.

We have corporate manslaughter and manslaughter by gross negligence in the UK, but, as others have said, it's not pursued or prosecuted with any energy or frequency.

Thanks, that is really helpful, I will be able to find those sources. Specially grateful.for the tip that is an Orpheus illustration.
January 5, 2026 at 11:45 AM
Yes, indeed. So what strategies do you suggest for a borough where they seem to stand a good chance in local elections. Who is organising effective action?
January 5, 2026 at 10:43 AM
Source please?
January 5, 2026 at 10:41 AM
Yes, absolutely. Could we have a "hasn't had the benefit of much grant funded research time yet" category?
January 5, 2026 at 10:34 AM
Thank you, but I'm actually serious about this.
January 5, 2026 at 10:30 AM
How the fff are we supposed to fight reform in the coming local elections, in the fave of this kind of cruel bigotry? What organisation is there that we can morally work.with?
